Massage Services

During my training at the Institute of Massage Therapies, I was introduced to the classic Swedish Massage- a timeless technique known for promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being. This has continued to be my specialty- relaxation-focused massage with a therapeutic touch. Rather than aggressive pressure, I focus on easing tension, calming the nervous system, and helping your body return to a state of rest. Through years of continued education, my skill set has expanded to include the following modalities:

  • 30 minutes – $60 (focused session for specific areas)
  • 45 minutes – $75 (focused session for specific areas)
  • 60 minutes – $90
  • 90 minutes – $120
  • 120 minutes – $150

Barefoot Massage Pricing

  • 75 minutes – $125 (If you like a lot of pressure, this is the technique for you!)

Head-to-Toe Glow: Exfoliate & Nourish     30 minutes- $50
Treat yourself to a full-body exfoliation experience. Using exfoliation gloves, dead skin is gently buffed away, followed by a warm, deeply moisturizing Eco-Fin application. Leave with skin that’s smoother, softer, and more radiant.  Available in "Happy Raspberry & Grapefruit" or Unscented. Optional hydrating facial sheet mask or hydrating and smoothing eye patches available upon request. 

Essential Touch Therapy      30 minutes- $50
Unwind with Essential Touch Therapy, a soothing experience that pairs gentle, intentional touch with a carefully selected blend of pure essential oils. Inspired by clinical aromatherapy methods, the oils are applied along the spine and on the bottoms of the feet to help you relax and destress. All essential oils are applied in a carrier oil of either fractionated coconut or raspberry seed.

Full Body Exfoliation with Exfoliating Gloves – $10
Gently buff away dryness to reveal smoother, softer, and more radiant skin.

Full Body Hot or Cold Stone Massage – $10
Warm, smooth stones melt away tension, ease muscle aches, and promote deep relaxation. Suitable for all pressure preferences.

Full Body Bamboo Massage – $10
Heated bamboo sticks glide across the body to release tension and stress. Ideal for guests who prefer firm pressure or trigger-point therapy.

Massage Cupping – $10
Massage Cupping is based on the common practice of Chinese cupping therapy. By creating suction and negative pressure, massage cups are used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids by opening lymphatic pathways. Used over specific problem areas only.

Eco-Fin Hand & Foot Treatment – $10 hands | $10 feet | $15 both
A luxurious, moisturizing alternative to traditional paraffin treatments. Petroleum, artificial dye, and synthetic fragrance free. This deeply hydrating treatment leaves hands and feet silky smooth and nourished. Available in "Happy Raspberry & Grapefruit" or Unscented.
